Squid Showdown

Step into the world of survival and strategy inspired by Squid Game, where 1-8 players navigate through a series of intense challenges—from nerve-wracking hide-and-seek to heart-pounding glass tile escapades—competing for the ultimate prize with every move!

This is a project in early access / development by two game dev students. We intend to add more levels / mechanics before actually releasing it. It's built on Unity with Photon Pun2. We are still working on improving and streamlining our code.

Here is a list of some mechanics we intend to add in future updates:

- Character Customization

- Emote wheel

- Weapons such as cannons and explosives

- Loot drops and prizes

- In-game voice chat and text chat

- Narration for sight-impaired players / more accessibility

We are still growing and learning and this project has been a lot of fun for us to make and incredibly enjoyable to learn from.
